This includes ensuring elevators, loading zones, and parking areas are available and compliant with building or community rules. Kendall West Movers is not liable for delays caused by restricted access, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
While we take great care in handling all items, Kendall West Movers cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing wear, structural weakness, or items packed by the customer. We encourage all customers to properly prepare and secure their belongings prior to moving day.
Customers are advised to personally transport cash, important documents, jewelry, or other valuables. Kendall West Movers is not responsible for loss or damage to such items if left within boxes, furniture, or containers during the move.
